Earlier Niki Chow went to Hokkaido, Japan to shoot ads for a mooncake endorsement. The main focus of the trip was to visit the red bean fields grown in the city. Niki and a farmer went into the farms and personally planted her own red beans. Niki carefully listened to farmer's instructions, following step by step and she looked like a natural. However, the farming work did not look simple because have to keep crouching down and that can become very tiring.
Niki said: "When I was in school, I tried to plant red beans at home. This time seeing such a big red bean field, really is an eye-opener. I also found out that the food here is related to the Japanese long lives. They eat healthy and nutritious. Like red beans, the locals really like to eat because it's rich in Vitamin B and minerals with low calories.
