Yesterday Kevin Cheng attended a trendy technology event at Metro City Plaza. He demonstrated playing with the latest gadget which is using the iphone to remotely control a helicopter. During the demo, he expressed his love for playing with latest technology gadget and even jokingly suggesting attaching a camera on the helicopter so he can chase after the paparazzi for a change. Regarding Joe Ma’s wife’s comments about TVB adapting long working hours and little salary, Kevin responded that it is understandable why Joe’s wife said that as she must be very considerate and caring for her husband.
Since the start of TVB, the channel has managed to discover many upcoming stars in its midst. Example stars include Chow Yun Fat and Tony Leung. Kevin expressed that without TVB, where will these big stars be now. He also thinks that it is personal choice for any artist to choose their career path. If the contract is OK then once signed, it is necessary to fulfil the requirements of the contract. Kevin’s contract due date is still some time to go yet and he has no plans at the moment to leave.
