Esther Kwan doesn't want her daughter to enter the entertainment industry

Esther Kwan, Cecilia Wang, Thomas Lam and wife Claire Yiu took their children to watch the children theater musical "Keep On Trying" at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University yesterday. Esther said her husband Nick Cheung was busy designing their home, that is why he couldn't come along. The reporter said he thought their daughter likes to hang around with her dad, but Esther said in fact, her daughter likes to go out with her more. She said " Her teacher asked her to go out more with her friends too. That way, apart from establishing her public relations with friends, she can have more contacts with the outside world. My daughter is very timid, but when she is with her friends, she even braves enough to go on the rides." Esther's daughter is having music and drama lesson because music can help her to express her feelings and drama lesson can help with her communication skills as well as helping her to think. Reporter asked if Esther would let her daughter enter the entertainment industry? Esther said as a parents, she wouldn't want her daughter to work in the entertainment industry like her, but if she does follow suit, then it is her choice.
