Yesterday night, TVB broadcasted a travel program (Okinawa Blues) hosted by Ella Koon and Christine Kuo. Christine who was brought up overseas mentioned the word " very 'high' " in the program, attracting many comments over the internet.

Okinawa Blues, a travel program hosted by Christine Kuo was broadcasted last night. She went to a bar in Miyako Island and interviewed the villagers there. When they were dancing, Christine, whose Cantonese is less fluent expressed that she didn't expect that the young people there loved traditional music, later she said the English word, "high" in a different tone which sounded like a vulgar word, she said, "Earlier, the atmosphere here was very X (high)."

Although the subtitles were stated as " Just now the atmosphere here was upsurge, but the people who commented over the internet realised her pronunciation was wrong, hence it became a hit discussion now. They laughed at her saying that, " can't believe she uses vulgar words". In the program, Christine Kuo said again, " Seeing the people so X (high), I'm also very happy." However, Christine has yet to respond to this.

Besides this, Christine Kuo, Ken Hung and Steven Cheung appeared at Mongkok to promote their film (Emerald Pearl) yesterday night. When giving out gifts to attract more viewers, Christine Kuo expressed that it is her first time doing such promotions, she said, "I believe the crews would protect us, this time is my first time filming movie, acting as a foolish princess, it's very different from me in reality, I tried learning from Carlo Ng and Chapman To. (No improvement in Cantonese?) " There's two teachers teaching, hope to get some luck."
