The two-hour finale for A Fistful of Stances will air tonight to compete with the Hong Kong Film Awards, which will be broadcasted on ATV. The story has finally reached the climax - the villain in the drama, portrayed by Dominic Lam, will atone for all his past crimes. With no one left to turn to, he finally meets his fate.
During the Seven Provinces Tournament, Koo Yu Cheung (Kevin Cheng) and Wing Man Kwan (Jacky Heung) continue to battle it in the ring. With no winner evident, Cheung's sifu, Leung Cham (Ram Chiang) reluctantly raises the white flag when he sees Cheung coughing up blood. As for Cham himself, he dies after suffering from a heart attack. Even though Man Kwan wins the tournament, he suddenly loses feelings in his legs while boarding the train to Shanghai.
Everyone unites together to overthrow Wing Dak, but Dak manages to kidnap Ah Ngan (Natalie Tong) and others in order to blackmail everyone. Unwillingly to be intimidated by Dak any longer, Dak is successfully charged when everyone steps forward to testify against him. When Fong Fong (Angela Tong) taunts him with his nickname, Dak loses it. Fortunately he is stopped by Cheung who apprehends him, and he is arrested by the police. However, Dak refuses to reveal Ngan's location. His wife Chiang Sheung Chu (Kara Hui) goes crazy after being given many injections. At the end, Man Kwan suddenly appears and tricks his father into revealing where he hid Ngan. Man Kwan quickly informs Cheung and the others to go rescue her. Abandoned by his friends and family, Dak finally meets his end by commiting suicide.
