Joey Meng who hasn't appeared in public for some time helped raise funds for the charity "Joyful Mental Health foundation" on Flags Day. She was very happy to take part in such a meaningful event. She carried a bag to collect donations and handed out stickers (as known as flags) to people who donated. She stated that she participated in a similar fund raising event 2 years ago but because it was raining they only received an average response. She was even refused by many people but didn't feel awkward as it was for a good cause.
