Yesterday Michael Tse celebrated his birthday in true tradition, by getting drunk. Tina, Michael’s wife organised a birthday party for him.
Tina claimed that it was very rare for his husband to have day off on his birthday and not have to work, so she saw the opportunity to gather a group of close friends to help them celebrate.
Tina prepared and invited a group of friends, consisting of Charmaine Sheh, Bosco Wong, Timmy Hung and girlfriend Janet Chow, Yiu Lok Yee, Emily Kwan and others. The private party was held in Central in a secret venue.
Michael appeared at the venue with Tina and commented that he will not get too drunk tonight and jokingly said that he doesn’t want to embarrass himself by walking into the venue and be carried out at the end of the night. He expressed that he received many presents and when ask what he got from his wife, he replied: “She is my gift la! Bosco Wong appeared at the party on his own and bought Michael a top as a birthday present. Bosco claimed: “Being drunk on your birthday is OK! If everyone he greets with a glass, he will be drunk!” Emily Kwan and Yui Lok Yee both brought champagne for Michael and shouted together: “He does not have a choice; he is going to be drunk!”
Timmy Hung’s girlfiend Janet Chow appeared at the party later, she explained that they had to shop for a present as well as go furniture shopping for their new home. She revealed: “Timmy and I will marry first before moving into our new home. We will be registering for marriage this year but may not have a wedding banquet yet. Also we might not register marriage in Hong Kong.”
