According to what Hong Kong’s Oriental Daily reported, Nicholas Tse appeared outside on July 10. When asked whether he will share joint custody with Cecilia Cheung, each of them taking one child to live with them, he refused to respond, saying “I do not answer that.”  It is known that Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung, in order to avoid affecting their two sons, decided to not publicly discuss about their family matters before reaching a final agreement about their divorce.

From today (July 11) Nicholas Tse, who completed filming a watch advertisment yesterday at Hong Kong, will have eight days to stay home and enjoy some time with his sons and also concetrate on dealing with his marital wows and discuss his divorce terms with his lawyers. He will later on attend a charity event on July 19th, until then he expressed that he wants to stay with his sons and discuss details of the divorce with his lawyer.

When media mentioning custody, Nicholas declines to answer

Since returning at Hong Kong on last Friday (July 8) Nicholas Tse started filming for his latest advertisment. Yesterday on July 10th he was seen  heading out at around 13:55 wearing sunglasses and slippers, showing a pretty cool image. As soon as the reporters saw him they started asking whether he had visited his sons and if he missed them. However Nicholas once again did not answer, maintaining a “poker face”.

Later on, when Nicholas arrived to the hotel and got off his van, he maintained a very cool look in front of the reporters. When asked how he felt, Nicholas Tse once again declined to answer and entered the hotel, while the security immediately tried blocking reporters from entering .
While working on the commerical photoshoot at the hotel, Nicholas was seen chatting with the photographer about how he should pose.

Nicholas was working until 17:45, before he stepped out of the hotel. This time he was wearing a white tee and sunglasses to leave the hotel. When he appeared the reporters asked him to stand still so that they could snap photos, and Nicholas was very cooperative. This time the reporters only asked whether they (he and Cecilia Cheung) intend to share joint custody, with one of their sons going to live with Cecilia. Nicholas just shook his head and whispered “No answer, no response.” Nicholas did not say anything, and quickly took his van to go back to Parkside.

When he arrived at Parkside, Nicholas got off the van, the reporters quickly gathered around him once again. Asked about the joint custody for the fourth time in the same evening, he kept his temper and just said: I do not answer those questions.” Then a reporter mentioned that during a recent interview with him, Deborah Li revealed that her health condition is not too good and she needs to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. Was he concerned about his mother? Nicholas did not answer, went into Parkside and just waved goodbye to the reporters.

It is understood that, in order to not stimulate Cecilia Cheung’s anger, Nicholas Tse decided to discuss the divorce terms with her before he talked about their family problems again. Moreover, yesterday (July 10) he said that he had finished his watch advertisment, and that he would spend time with his sons until July 19, when he is scheduled to attend a charity event, and then later on August go to Beijing to promote his movie.

Cecilia Cheung met with Nicholas on Friday?

It is reported by China Press that Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung were seen having an hour-long talk on Friday, discussing about their divorce’s details. After that, Nicholas Tse also spent time with his two sons Lucas and Quintus before leaving to go back to his service apartment that he is renting at Parkside. When approached by reporters, he refused to comment on whether he and Cecilia will share joint custody. It is said that the couple has reached an agreement on the distribution of their money nd properties as well as the custody of their two sons.
