Last night, Miriam Yeung and Kay Tse attended the charity evening. In a previous music awards ceremony, Kay commented herself, as an ‘Academic Artist’ and this sparkled off rumours that Kay wanted to humiliate the less academic Miriam.It was the first time since the rumours that the two singers were present at last night's event. Miriam expressed that she did not hear Kay say anything of this sort and believe that she did have such intentions. Miriam continued: “ I am a top graduate in society, does that count! I was asked by others why I became a singer. Kay wouldn’t make these comments especially she is an academic too.”
Finally Kay expressed that she did not feel embarrassed running into Miriam.
